Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 12th Man Cleaning Services. By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
12th Man Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services. All services are customized based on the client’s request, as discussed during consultation or booking. We reserve the right to decline services deemed unsafe or outside the scope of our expertise.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once details are finalized.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee based on client’s finalized consultation.
After-hours or weekend services can be arranged and discussed during consultation.
Upon completion of the consultation, a finalized agreement shall be executed and signed by both parties. A PDF copy of the signed document will be provided to the client for their records. Clients may request a printed hard copy; however, the original signed document shall remain the property of the Company and will not be released under any circumstance. Requested hard copies will be issued at the Company’s earliest convenience.
3. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the time of the scheduled cleaning. If our team cannot access the property due to locked doors, pets, or unsafe conditions, the appointment may be rescheduled and subject to a service fee.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable 25% down payment is required to confirm all bookings. This amount will be applied toward the total service cost. Services will not be scheduled until the down payment is received. Remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash and electronic transfers.
All payments are due in accordance with the terms outlined in the finalized consultation document. Failure to submit payment within the agreed-upon time frame will result in a written notice of non-payment. If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days following the notice, 12th Man Cleaning Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Unresolved balances will result in additional fees and collection actions, including filing a claim in small-claims court. Clients are responsible for all costs associated with the collection of unpaid invoices, including but not limited to court filing fees and administrative expenses.
Intentional fraudulent activity—such as submitting false payment information—may be referred to law enforcement for investigation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work and aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address it promptly.
6. Liability
While we take great care during every service, 12th Man Cleaning Services is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings.
Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
Natural wear and tear or damage resulting from improper item condition.
Clients are encouraged to secure or remove fragile items before service begins.
7. Pets
We love animals! However, for safety and efficiency, please secure pets during cleaning. We are not responsible for pets escaping or being injured during service if left uncontained.
8. Health & Safety
For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to decline or stop service if hazardous conditions are present (e.g., mold, biohazards, or pest infestations).
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute its content. All materials — including logos, images, and text — are the property of 12th Man Cleaning Services and protected under applicable copyright laws.

At 12th Man Cleaning Solutions, we value our clients’ time as much as our own. To ensure we can provide the best service possible, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled cleaning appointment.
24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or if service is canceled upon arrival, the full service fee will be charged.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
